We’ve been shooting assignments for Real Estate Developers and Property Management companies since the 1980’s and have built strong relationships with a number of firms. Our aim is to make images that show the positive aspects of a property while downplaying any shortcomings. Careful use of camera angles, lighting, and ‘selective editing’ help us compose images that result in getting the right prospects to see the properties. In fact, I’ve been told that 10% of people have signed leases based on the web site photos for one of my clients, without ever visiting the apartment complex!

We don’t feel that these types of photographs should be shot ‘run and gun’. The images are seen every day and contribute to the branding and image of the property and will be used for years to come, making them essential elements in the overall marketing. The more effective the photography, the less work the leasing agents have to do, saving precious staff time.
